How to Stress Less

  1. There Are No Absolutes - Nothing is permanent. Nothing is certain. Eventually, you will die.

  2. Leave It - Bad thought? Leave it. Bad situation? Leave it. Bad feeling? Leave it.

  3. Everything Will Be OK - Say it. Mean it. Smile while saying it.
